Disposal Solutions LLC provides residential waste collection services in designated service areas.
Service availability may vary based on location. All customers must comply with our service guidelines,
payment requirements, and container rules.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Billing & Payments

Payments are due on the date listed on your invoice. We accept ACH, debit card, check, and cash payments.

3.2 Late Payments

A $10 late fee applies to any balance not paid within 15 days of the billing date.
Continued nonpayment may result in paused or canceled service.

3.3 Reinstatement Fee

If service is canceled for nonpayment, a $45 reinstatement fee may apply before service resumes.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service interruptions caused by us.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, customers agree to the following:

• Bins must be placed curbside by 6:00 AM on the scheduled pickup day.


• Container lids must be fully closed.


• No hazardous waste, tires, batteries, chemicals, yard debris, or prohibited materials may be placed in the container.


• Waste left outside of the bin will not be collected.

Failure to meet these rules may result in missed pickups or service interruption.

5. Service Interruptions

Service may be delayed or interrupted due to:

• Weather conditions


• Road closures


• Holiday routes


• Unsafe conditions


• Nonpayment

In the event of a widespread delay or interruption, updates will be provided through text, email, or phone.

6. Communication & Text Messaging Consent (A2P Compliant)

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive
recurring text (SMS), email, and phone communications from Disposal Solutions LLC related to your
account and services. These may include:

• Service updates


• Pickup delays or schedule changes


• Weather or holiday alerts


• Billing reminders

• Account notifications

Customers may cancel service at any time by contacting our office. If canceling, bins must be placed roadside
for retrieval. Final billing will be processed based on the date of account closure.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
